Sales Representative - Municipal Sales

COMPANY OVERVIVEW:

Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is the largest franchisee of the SealMaster/Gemseal Brand.  PMG is an industry leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products.  We are seeking employees who possess an entrepreneurial attitude and possess the leadership that can support the initiatives and goals of the organization to continue with their growth.

JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

·         Provide sales to Municipal/Government Entities/ Schools/Private Owners

·         Selling, servicing & supporting the customer base within a defined geographical market.

·         Maintain and further develop relationships & current customer base.

·         Obtain materials mixing/prepping.

·         Pull, assemble, stage and load orders.

·         Assist Sales Reps at the customers’ locations.

·         Pick up & drop off rental equipment/materials.

·         Set-up and assist with trade shows.

·         Accept a project “hand-off” from the Sales Rep and finish the current stage/step/project.

·         Work with & support customer experience via guidance.

·         Assistance with training of customers

·         Troubleshooting equipment and minor mobile repairs.

·         Deliver customer needed materials/equipment requests.

·         Set-up and assist with trade shows.

·         Travel up to 60% within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum 3-5 years of progressive sales experience.

·         Comfortable driving daily.

·         Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.

·         Committed to working safely and following all policies and procedures.

·         Excellent organizational skills, time management, prioritization, problem solving and multitasking skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.

·         Can do attitude, create win-win situations for our customer and teams.

·         Confident, positive, and trustworthy with the highest degree of integrity.

·         Proficient use of computer applications and email communication, Microsoft office suite.

·         Provide sales assistance through physical requirements.

·         Paving/Maintenance experience preferred, but not necessary.

·         Proven ability to work in an independent atmosphere.

·         Proven ability to grow and manage client relationships.

·         Eagerness to learn, grow, and succeed.

·         Team oriented. Job may include more duties than what is listed.
